Aroma will transport patrons on a Wine, Food & Art Journey which will feature ten rich culturally countries such as Spain, Portugal, Australia, Egypt, India, Mexico, England, Italy, France, Ireland, United States and Canada. Some of the countries have been chosen for their cultural impact in the cuisine, wine and art world. Wine, Food and Art connoisseurs will be present to give an inside of the featured region.

The Wine Maker’s Dinner journey will first feature Spain. The wines are all exclusively from Diamond Estates and a four course dinner has been especially designed for each evening.

Aroma – Titanic Dinner Experience

Fast forward to the future, 100 years to the date, Aroma Restaurant will re-create this legendary dinner. Guests will re-live the luxury enjoyed by the first-class passengers as they savor six of the twelve classic courses served on the Titanic. Wines and spirits of the times will be paired with the meal. Soprano, Victoria Gydov, will delight our passengers with her charming talent. The elegance of the Courtyard at Aroma will help to replicate the ambiance of the ship’s legendary atmosphere.

On the menu, an amuse bouce, soup course of Consommé Olga (a veal-based broth); Poached Salmon in Mousseline Sauce (a richer version of Hollandaise); Filet Mignon Lili, Vegetable Marrow Farci with Chateau Potatoes, to complete the meal, a Waldorf Pudding and Vanilla Chocolate Éclairs

Throughout the night, stories and black and white movies of the Titanic will be shown along with other surprises.

Aroma restaurant will be participating by donating 10-15% of proceeds between 5-9 pm on Dec. 6

Proceeds will be donated to Women’s Community House, Sexual Assault Centre London, Changing Ways, and Women’s Safe Houses in Haiti.
